Starting Monday July 6th,  I've decided to raise money for Pieta House. In doing so, I will be walking/running/crawling 40 thousand steps a day (20 miles), 280 thousand steps throughout the week and 140 miles in total - if not more!! Looking after your mental health is so important on a daily and weekly basis, and we really need to start normalising mental health chats with family and friends! Hopefully, by raising money/awareness and openly speaking about it we can all start to talk more, look out for ourselves and reach out to the people around us.
