The HUH Returns Policy

Refund/Returns policy:

Unfortunately, if you have made it onto our returns page something has gone wrong! However, not to worry. We are here to help. Tell us what has gone wrong and let's get it sorted for you. 

To claim a refund or to issue a return:

  • Email, Howsurheadsales@gmail.com with your reason for returning your item(s), your order number and the item(s) you are returning and we will send you a downloadable returns form.
  • All returns/refund requests must be within 14 days of initial purchase and in the same condition as when delivered. If Items are discolored, worn, washed or have any distinct odors we will be unable to process the request.  
  • The customer must ship the Item back to us at HUH Clothing to the address provided on the returns document. Once the item is received and deemed to be in the same condition as was received by you, we will replace the item with the originally requested item or a suitable alternative in the event we are sold out. If the item is not deemed suitable for a return or refund, it will be sent back to the customer. Hats are non-refundable/returnable items. 
  • In the event where you would like to be issued a refund, we will be in the position to refund your purchase minus the 10% that will have already been donated to charity!

Terms and conditions.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the order.
  •  Items must not be discolored, worn, washed or have any distinct odors or we will not be unable to process the request.  
  • Orders must be returned in the same condition you received them in. 
  • You will have to pay for the return of the item. 
  • Refunds are only applicable to purchases made on our website.
  • Depending on account provider, your refund should be received within 10 working days.
