The HUH Refund/Returns Policy
Unfortunately, if you have made it this far onto our returns page.. Something has gone wrong with your product(s)! But, not to worry. We are here to help. So, tell us what has gone wrong and lets get it sorted for you.
As of January 10th for a number of weeks throughout our transition period of stock and the level 5 lockdown we are unable to provide any exchanges. Please refer to our size guides before purchase! Our normal returns policies will be back in place in the coming weeks/months.
To claim a refund, please follow these steps;
- Email info Howsurheadsales@gmail.com with your reason for returning your item(s), your order number and the item(s) you are returning.
- Once we have received your request for a refund we will send you on a downloadable refund form.
- Once the item is received and deemed to be in the same condition as was received by you, we will replace the item with the originally requested item . In the event where you would like to be issued a refund, we will be in the position to refund your purchase minus the 10% that will have already been donated to charity!

Terms and conditions.
- Items must be returned within 21 days from the date you received the order.
- Orders must be returned in the same condition you received them in.
- You will have to pay for the return of the item.
- Refunds are only applicable to purchases made on our website.
- Depending on account provider, your refund should be received within 10 working days.
- Please do not return the items based on "I chose the wrong size" - Please refer to the size guide before making your purchase.
