Refund/Returns policy:
We are here to help. Tell us what has gone wrong and let's get it sorted for you. All returns and exchanges are FREE.
RETRUNS
TO MAKE A RETURN YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:
1. PLEASE GO TO https://dpd.ie/Returns#/ AND CONTINUE AS A GUEST.
2. SELECT HUH Clothing as the retailer in the drop down menu - input your order number in the reference number section - select your reason for the return. PRESS NEXT.
3. Select medium for parcel details - PRESS NEXT, ACCEPT.
4. Enter all of your shipping details. PRINT LABEL and drop off to your nearest DPD selected store for pick up. These stores will be available to see on the interactive map.
5. PLEASE include a note with your order number, name and reason for exchange/return. If you would like an exchange, please identify what item and size you would like.
PLEASE INCLUDE NOTE IN RELATION TO WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
All local order returns (within 10km) please email howsurhead@gmail.com to arrange a return.
Terms and conditions.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the order.
- Items must not be discolored, worn, washed or have any distinct odors or we will not be unable to process the request.
- Orders must be returned in the same condition you received them in.
- Refunds are only applicable to purchases made on our website.
- Depending on account provider, your refund should be received within 10 working days.
